From 1 August 2007, if you’re selling a property of 4 bedrooms or more in England and Wales, the law will require you to have a Home Information Pack (HIP). The pack will contain legal documents, including an Energy Performance Certificate and will cost between £300 and £1000.
However, if you are selling your home through the Jones Partnership not only will we organise the pack for you, the costs will be inclusive of our fee!!
